Mama Estelle and Papa Maurey's Noodles

Tonight we visit my grandma Helen's kitchen. When i was growing up she made the best noodles, they were plump and light and what a delight! This is my memory lane dinner with a twist: as she would make the noodles on the counter, never measuring a thing, and would put them in her chicken soup (that recipe will follow in another episode,) tonight I offer a 'new' version of spaghetti.

Noodles
2 1/2 cups of flour
2 eggs
a dash of salt
a dash of garlic powder
a dash of itialn seasiong
a dash of pepper
1/2 cup of milk or half and half
1 tbs of butter

To make the noodles you first mix the dry ingredients, then in the wet. Get your hands in there, they're the best tool you have. The dough will be wet and sticky, that is ok, it's supposed to be! Let this sit for ten minutes and then you roll it out and cut it anyway you like, that is the fun part.
